For the purposes of the provisions of Art. 10.1 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce, it is stated that the service provider is HOTELES ARRECIFE DE LAS SIRENAS S.L. (hereinafter, HOTELES ARRECIFE) with registered office at B04858445 and domiciled at c / NAVEGANTE, 1 – 04116 – LAS NEGRAS, ALMERÍA.
Contracting
For the purposes of the provisions of Article 27.a) of the LSSI, the contracting through hotelesarrecife.es will be carried out through the following steps:
- Step 1: Select the hotel on the homepage using the search parameters as well as the dates of stay.
- Step 2: Choice of room type, number of rooms, and number of people.
- Step 3: Selection of add-ons and additional services with sample of the final price. Insertion of both personal data relating to the reservation, as well as the bank card used as a guarantee of the reservation, and acceptance of general conditions of the reservation.
- Step 4: Verification of the reservation details.
- Step 5: formalization of the reservation, sample confirmation page.
- Step 6: send a confirmation email of the reservation with data of the same.
HOTELES ARRECIFE will generate a comprehensive electronic document of the formalization of the reservation for its file, giving access and full knowledge of it to the client through the sending of an email with its content at the end of the reservation process.
After the formalization of the reservation, the client is requested to review the content of the same in order to identify possible material errors in the introduction of data; To process your correction, call Telephone number of our reservation center that corresponds or sends your comments through the forms that we make available to you.

According to the specific conditions of the specific rates applied to the reservation, payment may be made (i) in advance in whole or in part at the time the reservation is formalized, (ii) at the time the customer checks into the hotel and physically accesses the room (check-in), or (iii) at the time you leave the room (check-out). Payments can be made by credit card accepted at the property, and/or in cash by legal tender in the country of the hotel.
The legal clause relating to the right of withdrawal shall not apply to reservations made by means of hotelesarrecife.es or the telephone reservation service, being in any case the particular conditions of the offer regarding cancellation. To make it effective, you must contact the hotel directly at the telephone number, postal address or email address provided in the reservation confirmation message providing the identification data of the reservation.
Industrial and intellectual property
All the contents included in this website, including but not limited to, articles, texts, designs, photographs, images, logos, videos, audios, databases, the software and the website as a whole correspond to HOTELES ARRECIFE in its capacity as owner of the domain and / or entity entitled for use by virtue of the license granted by third parties, therefore, its use is prohibited without prior express authorization.
The trademarks, trade names, logos and any other distinctive signs found on the website are the property of HOTELES ARRECIFE or this entity has the corresponding license of use for insertion on the web.
All use and / or exploitation will require the prior authorization of HOTELES ARRECIFE which may be managed through licensing of use of content, prior acceptance by the user of the conditions of use thereof.
